HOUSE RULES

1. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 2. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 3. No smoking inside the casitas. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. 4. No parties or events. 5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum casita capacity is 4 people. 6. Be respectful of the neighborhood, quiet time after 11 p.m. 7. No eating or drinking in bedroom. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. 9. Keep a close eye on any children on the premises. 10. No pets allowed without prior approval. 11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 12. Please be respectful of the furnishings. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. 13. Please wash your dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
