This isn’t a row of identical units, it’s a one-of-a-kind casita with its own walled garden. Step through the gate and you’re in a green pocket of the Riviera Nayarit: ten minutes on foot to town, fifteen to the beach, and far enough from the main strip that nights are quiet and the stars are sharp.

The neighborhood

You’re on a family-built street where San Pancho still feels like a small town. Roosters at dawn, frogs at dusk, neighborhood dogs in between. Cafes, restaurants, and the market are an easy walk; the beach is a fifteen-minute stroll past the cobblestone streets. We’re nearby ourselves if anything comes up, both English and Spanish.

Who this place is for

Remote workers who need real bandwidth but want to close the laptop and step into a garden. Couples looking for character over a resort. Solo travelers (often with a dog in tow) who want a quiet base in a real neighborhood. Anyone who values authenticity, a slow morning, and the gentle pace of San Pancho.

Good to know before you book

Our small driveway accommodates bikes, mopeds, golf carts, and motorcycles, no cars. Street parking is on Calle Birmania. The garden is private but not fenced, so plan accordingly if you’re traveling with a pet. San Pancho is a growing town, so daytime construction noise can drift in from the distance, it usually wraps up by 5 PM weekdays. We’re self-catering, no daily restocks, but we’ll happily refresh things mid-stay for longer visits.
